直列发动机曲轴轴承负荷的计算

摘    要:曲轴上平衡重的安装减小了曲轴所受的弯矩,但也影响了主轴承载荷的大小和分布。合理地布置平衡重的位置以使主轴承载荷的最大值达到最小,这是平衡重设计的又一问题。利用计算机仿真计算了某一直列六缸发动机一个工作循环中轴承载荷的大小及其变化规律,得出了其平衡重布置的合理位置。

Abstract:The counterweight is installed on the crankshaft for reducing the bending moment on it, but it will influence the magnitude and distribution of the main bearing load. The reasonable disposition of the crankshaft counterweight can minimize the maximum load on the main bearing, it is another problem of the design of the counterweight. By using the computer, this paper simulates and calculates the magnitude and the varying regulation of the bearing loads in one work cycle of a certain straight-six engine, and obtains the reasonable position of its crankshaft counterweight.
