摘    要:在以萘锂为引发剂的丁苯共聚体系中加入偶联剂氯代醋酸乙酯进行偶联反应,制出宽分子量分布的丁苯共聚物,研究了偶联方法,考查了偶联方式及偶联剂用量对共聚物分子量和分子量分布的影响;以及偶联反应对共聚物结构、组成、T_g的影响。实验结果表明,偶联反应可以有效地加宽共聚物分子量分布,减少小分子级分,提高分子量,而且产物中凝胶含量甚少。

Abstract:The butadiene-styrene copolymer in a relatively broad range of molecular weight distribution has been synthesized by coupling reaction which occurs by using chloracyl acetic ester as coupling agent and naphthalene lithium as initiator in the synthesis of S-SBR. The coupling method was studied. The influence of coupling pattern and the amount of coupling agent on molecular weighty molecular weight distribution, and the effect of coupling reaction on microstructure, composition and T_g of SSBR were investigated. It was shown that the molecular weight distribution can be broaden by coupling reaction, the small molecular fraction can be minified, and molecular weight can be increased efficiently. The product of S-SBR obtained has less amount of gel.
