| 摘 要： | 旅游业的大发展可以有效的促进新农村建设,旅游业对具有旅游服务功能要求的新农村改造提出了更高的和一些特殊的要求。本文以河北省平山县车辐安村改造规划为例,对具有旅游服务功能的新农村村落改造和基础设施改造进行探讨。
