摘    要:介绍了钻井液用高黏聚阴离子纤维素 ( HV- PAC)的生产工艺 ,参照国内外常用的聚阴离子纤维素的检验方法 ,对 HV- PAC的性能进行了评价 .结果表明 ,该生产工艺易于控制 ,产品质量稳定 ,产品在海水中加量为 0 .5 8%~ 1 .1 5 %时 ,其滤失量由基浆的 2 2 5 m L降至低于 1 0 m L,动切力由 0 .5 Pa升至 2 1 Pa以上 ,性能达到国内外同类产品的水平

Abstract:The production technology of HV-PAC for drilling fluid is introduced, and the performance of the produce HV-PAC is evaluated by referring to HV-PAC inspection methods of China National Offshore Corporation and American Globe Company. The evaluation result shows that, when adding HV-PAC to seawater mud reaches to 0.58%~1.15%, the fluid loss of the mud induces from 225mL to below 10mL, and its dynamic shear force rises from 0.5Pa to above 21Pa. The performance of the HV-PAC can meet the requirements of domestic and foreign drilling companies. Therefore, the HV-PAC is a kind of ideal and highly effective mud additive.
