小湾拱坝抗震钢筋粘结滑移试验研究

摘    要:采用钢筋内贴电阻片的方法,对小湾拱坝抗震钢筋与混凝土间的粘结滑移关系进行循环荷载作用下拉拔试验研究,探讨了循环作用下钢筋与混凝土间的粘结性能与机理.试验结果表明:抗震钢筋宜采用具有明显屈服极限的软钢;加载端设置“无粘结段”,对于防止加载端劈裂裂缝十分有效;小湾拱坝抗震钢筋在循环荷载作用下表现出良好的粘结延性。

Abstract:Pull-out tests under reversed loading are performed to study the bond-slip relationship between earthquake-resistant bars and concrete of the Xiaowan arch dam with strain gauges placed in bars, and the mechanism of bond between bars and concrete is also discussed. The rationality of the anchorage length suggested in the paper and setting the non-bonding-range at the loaded end is testified. Finally, some conclusions are drawn: earthquake-resistant reinforced bars should be made of mild steel with distinct yield strength; the non-bonding-range at the loaded end is very useful to prevent the splitting cracks; the earthquake-resistant bars of the Xiaowan arch dam have good bonding ductility.
