| 摘 要： | 针对大学生野外生存生活训练过程或某一活动的具体现场可能会出现的重大紧急情况或特殊危险情况,做出具体、周密而细致的安排,建立紧急救助体系,提高行动效率,以保证迅速、有序、有效地开展应急与救援行动,降低事故损失,减少伤亡事故.

| Abstract: | In this paper specific and detailed and meticulous arrangements for the establishment of an emergency relief system were set up against a major emergency or special risk in the university field survival training process in order to ensure a speedy,orderly,effectively carry out emergency and rescue operations,reduce losses and reduce casualties. |
