| 摘 要： | 以文心兰茎尖为外植体进行了原球茎诱导技术的研究。实验表明，外植体大小以0．5mm的茎尖表现最好；激素浓度以BA01．1、NAA0．2效果最好；最佳接种时间为6月-8月，此期间是文心兰茎尖培养生长旺盛期。

| Abstract: | Oncidium Aloha 'Iwanaga' buds were taken as explants to study the induction and culture of Oncidium PLB. The results showed that the best bud length was 0.5mm and the best hormone combination was BA0.1+NAA0.2. In addition, the optimum inoculation time was from June to August during which buds growed vigorously on the media. |
