主成分回归光度法对食用色素多组分同时测定的研究

摘    要:由于胭脂红、苋菜红、日落黄3 种食用色素的吸收光谱重叠严重,所以,研究采用主成分回归光度法解析谱峰重叠体系,并对由这3 种色素合成的混合样品进行了三组分的同时测定,其误差ASR% < 3.0% ,回收率在97% ~103% 范围内,结果令人满意。该法简便、快速、准确,无需预分离,可广泛用于其它混合色素多组分的同时测定

Abstract:The absorption spectra of carmine,amaranth and sunset yellow overlapped severely. In this paper,the principal component regression method was applied to resolve the overlapping spectra for simultaneous determination of ternary mixtures of carmine, amaranth and sunset yellow. The results were satisfactory with ASR%<3.0% and recoveries being 97%~103%.The proposed method was a simple, accurate and promising way without preparative resolution for multicomponents analysis in food pigments mixtures.
