关于掺钠的铌酸锂晶体的生长

摘    要:通过选择合适的原料配比(L i2O占48.6%,Nb2O5占51.4%,并掺入3%的钠),控制固液界面处的温度梯度,选择合适的晶体生长速度,采用提拉法成功地生长出了具有良好光学均匀性的掺钠L iNbO3晶体,用X射线粉末衍射获得了晶体的晶胞常数,结果表明掺钠后晶体常数a增大c减少,并讨论了掺钠L iNbO3晶体生长存在的主要问题、发展前景及今后的研究方向.

Abstract:Through choosing suitable raw materials matching (Li_2O 48.6%, Nb_2O_5 51.4%, 3% natrium), control solid-liquid inteface temperature gradient, choose suitable crystal growth speed, large size LiNbO_3 crystals natrium- doped without macro-defects were grown successfully by flux pulling method. X-ray diffraction pattem was used to characterize the obtained lithium-niobate crystals, the result indicates crystal constant a increases c to reduce after dopping the natrium, have discussed the subject matter, development prospect and research direction in the future existing in lithium-niobate of natrium- doped crystal growth.
