| 摘 要： | 分析了目前建筑企业管理绩效评价存在欠缺的几个方面，探讨了构建现代建筑企业管理绩效评价的指标体系和评价方法，并通过实例阐明了评价方法的应用，检验了该评价思路与方法的可行性．提出了对建筑企业管理绩效进行评价的看法。
