激光深穿透焊接的研究

摘    要:采用侧吹气体来抑制等离子体对激光能量的屏蔽,取得了比较满意的焊接效果,同时还讨论了激光功率,焊接速度及透镜离焦量对激光深穿透焊接的影响。

Abstract:Deep-penetration laser welding was successfull yperformed with side-blowing gas to remove the laser-induced plasma over keyhole which limits laser energy entering into the metal. The welding depth as a function of laser power, scan speed and the lens' focusing is also discussed.
