| 摘 要： | 研究建立了胶束电动毛细管色谱同时测定维生素片剂中 V- B12 、V- B6 和 V- C的方法 .采用样品溶液配制后立即分装储存 ,测定前分取的办法 ,克服了 V- C在分析中极易被氧化损失的问题 .

| Abstract: | A method of micelle electrophoresis capillary chromatography (MECC) for simultaneously determination of V-B_(12), V-B_6 and V-C in vitamin pills has been established. The prepared sample solution was divided into several portions in individual small bottles and stored in refrigerator. The sample was analyzed right after being taken out and discarded after one analysis. In this way, the oxidization of V-C in the sample could be avoided. |
