野生与养殖鮸状黄姑鱼群体遗传多样性的同工酶比较

摘    要:应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳 (PAGE)技术对取自厦门火烧屿养殖网箱的鱼免状黄姑鱼 (N ibeamiichthioides)人工苗养殖群体和取自广东饶平的野生群体的遗传多样性进行比较研究 .结果表明 :在所检测的 14种同工酶的 2 2个基因座位中 ,野生群体在 SUDH和 ODH基因座位上发现多态性 ,而养殖群体则只在 SUDH上具有多态位点 .野生群体和养殖群体的平均多态位点比例分别为9.0 9%和 4 .5 5 % ,基因座位有效等位基因的平均数 N e分别为 1.14和 1.0 5 ,平均杂合度的观测值H o为 0 .0 12和 0 .0 0 3,预期值 H e为 0 .0 111和 0 .0 0 2 9,Hardy- Weinberg遗传偏离指数 (D)分别为0 .0 91和 0 .0 34,两群体间的遗传距离 d为 0 .0 0 0 16 .与其他鱼类相比较说明了不论是野生还是养殖群体的鱼免状黄姑鱼遗传多样性均处于较低水平 .养殖群体的遗传多样性水平比野生群体更低 ,主要是小群体亲鱼人工繁育过程中产生的“瓶颈”效应所导致的

Abstract:Comparative studies of genetic diversity of Nibea miichthioides from two groups which were collected from Houshao yu in Xiamen (cultured stock) in Nov. 1997 and ZheLin in Guangdong province in Nov.1998(wild population)respectively were investigated by polyacrylamid gel electrophoresis (PAGE). Among 22 loci for the 14 enzymes examined, two loci were polymorphic in wild population and only one locous was polymorphic in cultured stock. Though mean levels of polymophism (9.09%) and heterozygosity (0.011 1) for the wild population were higher than those of the cultured stock, they still showed the lower genetic diversity when compared with other wild fishes population such as brown trout populations in Denmark and Trichiurus populations in China.
