| 摘 要： | 考虑了一个遭受2种类型风险的竞争风险模型。引入原因反向失效率来研究系统在某时刻x已经失效的条件下,在(x-dx,x]内由第i种原因导致失效的概率。基于原因反向失效率,给出系统寿命和失效原因相独立的充要条件。最后,研究了由第i种原因引起失效的系统在时刻x的休止时间的生存函数的性质。 |
