固体式红外增强吊舱点火器的设计

摘    要:点火器是固体式红外增强吊舱的关键部件之一。其主要功用是引燃位于红外增强吊舱药罐内的固体药柱。本文在分析固体药柱点燃及安装方式的基础上,结合点火器的工作环境及特点,先后构思设计出三个方案供对比和优选。并对点火器结构形式,壳体容腔大小,点火器壳体腔口与固体药柱表面间的距离进行了论证与研究。点火器经地面点火试验和空中靶试正式使用,证明设计是成功的。

Abstract:The igniter is one of the key parts of a solid infrared strenthen pod.Its main function is igniting the solid charge columned in the charge pot in the infrared strengthen pod.On the basis of analysing the ignition of the solid charge columned and the ways of installation,and combining the work envirument with the characteristic of the igniter,this paper works out successively three scheme for providing contrast and optimum choose,furthermore,it proves and investigates the form of structure of the igniter and the size of the internal volume of the structure and the distance batween the exit of the igniter and the surface of the solid charge columned.Through the ignited experiment on ground and the formal use in shooting practice in the sky,it is proved that the design of the igniter is successful.
