Managerial Mechanism Design Theory: A Brief Introduction

Mechanism design theory (MDT) was firstly raised by Leonid Hurwicz, but it only gives an idea on the engineering side of economic theory. This paper proposes a managerial Mechanism design theory, and it firstly considers the difference between economical and managerial mechanism design including background, basic hypothesis, then the unified framework of managerial mechanism design theory. After that, an ordered seven-tuple and five fundamental design modes will be proposed as well.
