Abstract:Through comparative analysis on two kinds of salary structure of " same salary for one post" and " different salaries for one post" , this paper expounds that " different salaries for one post" can effectively excite the workers, increase working efficiency, strengthen post competitive mechanism, and externalize the excitation functions of the salary.
