摘    要:根据国标及相关文献对山葡萄五味果汁中的总糖含量、蛋白含量、维生素含量及总能量分别进行了测定,明确了山葡萄五味果汁的营养成分,分别测出其糖的含量为7.16g/100mL,蛋白的含量为0.00g/100mL维生素C的含量为8.08mg/100mL,维生素B1的含量为0.31mg/100mL,并计算出每100mL饮品的能量为150.48KJ/100mL.为消费者了解该果汁饮品的成分提供了科学的参考.

Abstract:This paper measured the total sugar content,protein content,vitamin content and the total energy of the amur grape and shiandra juice according to national standards and related literature,determined the nutrient content of the juice.The content of the sugar,protein,vitamin C and vitamin B1 were 7.16g/100mL,0,8.08mg/100mL and 0.31mg/100mL respectively,and the energy of the juice was 150.48KJ/100mL.This result provide a scientific reference to understand the composition of the juice drinks for consumers.
