Probe into the Theory and Practice of Head-Branch Library System in Liuzhou City

This paper introduces the newest theories of head-branch library system of China and foreign countries and some modes and practices of head-branch library system in China, probes into the head-branch library mode of Liuzhou City, and taking Yufeng District Library as an example, analyzes how the community library and county library to participate in the construction of public cultural system to promote the co-construction and sharing of literature resources, and points out that a library group can＇t establish the real head-branch library system only through the professional cooperation.
