作为文献情报的中心,高校图书馆在传播知识方面具有独特的优势。在社会主义市场经济环境下,高校图书馆必须加强自身建设,既要加强思想教育,又要抓好在职培训,同时要建设严格的管理制度,建立岗位责任制,实行职务聘任制,完善考核激励机制,充分调动馆员积极性。

My Opinions on Team Construction of University Library

As an literature and information center, university library has unique advantages in knowledge transmission. Under the circumstances of socialist market economy, university library must strengthen self-construction, that is not only strengthen the ideological education, but also the job training, and the construction of the strict management systems including the post responsibility system, the title appointment system and assessment and incentive mechanism so as to fully arouse the enthusiasm of the librarians.
