介质型与Mushroom型光子晶体微带天线的研究

摘    要:研究了介质钻孔型与Mushroom型这两种典型的光子晶体结构在微带天线中的应用,对光子晶体结构作了介绍和分析,对两种不同结构的光子晶体微带天线进行了设计与仿真,仿真结果证实了这两种结构对提高微带天线增益及抑制表面波的有效性,还研究比较了介质钻孔型与Mushroom型结构对于天线性能影响的各异点。

Abstract:This paper studies the applications of the media-type and Mushroom-type photonic crystal structures in micro-strip antenna,introduces and analyzes the photonic crystal structure,makes the design and simulation of the photonic crystal micro-strip antenna with two different structures,and based on the simulation results,verifies the effectiveness of the two structures in improving the gain of micro-strip antenna and the inhibition of surface waves,and studies and compares each different point of the media-type and the Mushroom-type structure for the antenna performance influence.
