| Abstract: | The three parts of the manager,librarian and reader are the decisive factor for constructing the harmonious librarian-reader relationship in university library.This paper analyzes the reasons of librarian-reader contradiction,and from three aspects of the manager,librarian and reader,puts forward some concrete measures for promoting the construction of harmonious librarian-reader relationship. |
