脱硫增效剂在电厂脱硫系统中的试验分析

在火电厂脱硫技术中,石灰石—石膏法烟气湿法脱硫应用广泛。针对脱硫装置运行中存在的脱硫效率降低的问题,进行了脱硫增效剂的添加试验。试验结果表明,通过使用脱硫增效剂,能够有效地提高脱硫效率,改善脱硫系统运行工况,降低厂用电量。

The Experimental Analysis on Desulphurization Synergistic Agent in Desulphurization System of Thermal Power Plant

The Limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulphurization is widely used in the desulphurization technology of thermal power plant.In the light of the problem of lower desulphurization efficiency existing in the operation of the desulphurization unit,this paper makes the additives test on desulphurization synergistic agent.The results indicate that the desulphurization efficiency can be effectively increased by adding the desulphurization synergistic agent,while the operation condition of the desulphurization system can be improved,and the plant power demand can be reduced.
