| 摘 要： | 从义务主体、开放内容和开放范围、开放目的3方面对《政府信息公开条例》关于政府信息公开的法律条文与《中华人民共和国档案法》关于档案开放的法律条文进行了比较,并从《中华人民共和国档案法》修订的角度,阐述了档案开放如何适应政府信息公开的问题。

| Abstract: | From three aspects of the obligation subjects, the opening content and opening range, and the opening purpose, this paper makes the comparison of the legal provisions about the disclosure of government information set in 〈 Regulations on the Disclosure of Government Information〉 and the legal set in 〈Archives Law of the People＇s Republic of China〉, and from the provisions about the opening of archival documents angle of 〈Archives Law〉, expounds the problem of how the opening of archival documents to adapt to the disclosure of government information |
