快速消解分光光度法测定水中的化学需氧量(COD)

摘    要:采用高温消解水样,通过分光光度计测定标准样品和环境水样的质量浓度,并与传统测定化学需氧量的标准方法重铬酸钾法(GB11914—1989)相比较,从实验结果可以看出:快速消解分光光度法具有时间短、效率高、结果准确可靠、能耗低、少污染的特点,在应急检测、大批量样品检测时可得到广泛应用。

Abstract:By using the water sample after high-temperature digestion,this paper determines the mass concentration of standard water samples and environmental water samples with spectrophotometer,and compares with potassium dichromate method set in GB11914-1989,the traditional standard method for determining COD,and finds out from the test results that the fast digestion spectrophotometric method,which has the features of shorter test time,higher test efficiency,more accurate and more reliable results,lower energy consumption,and less pollution,etc.,can be widely used in emergency detection and large-batch sample detection.
