压力输水管道聚醋酸乙烯内防腐分析

摘    要:在水源管道设计中,钢管管道内防腐是影响管道使用寿命的重要因素,其中水泥砂浆内防腐,由于其优良的性能和低廉的价格成为管道中使用最多的内防腐材料,目前被广泛用于工程中的为聚醋酸乙烯水泥砂浆内防腐层。对天津地区源水输水管道设计中的内防腐进行了分析与探讨,介绍了聚醋酸乙烯水泥砂浆的室内浸泡试验。

Abstract:in water pipeline design, the inner anti-corrosion of steel pipelines is an important factor influencing the service life of the pipelines, in which the cement mortar based inner anti-corrosion is the most used one because of its excellent performance and low price, and the polyvinyl acetate cement mortar based inner anti-corrosion layer is now widely used in the engineering. This paper analyzes and probes into the inner anti-corrosion in the design of water pipelines in Tianjin Area, and introduces the indoor soaking test on polyvinyl acetate cement mortar.
