河南省休闲体育的发展趋势研究

体育与休闲结合而派生的休阑体育，是体育在现代社会历史条件下的必然结果，它体现了党的“以人为本”的执政理念，实现了体育的社会功能由工具理性到价值理性转换．随着河南省经济社会的快速发展和《全民健身计划纲要》的实施，休闲体育成为社会体育的重要形式，其发展趋势表现为：全民健身运动拓展了休闲体育的发展空间；社会分层促进休闲体育的多元化和层次化；追求时尚和个性的体闲体育形式，将在中青年群体中得到发展；民族体育文化的认同感的强化，将使武术、太极拳等独具我省特色的传统体育项目将得到更快的普及．为了促进我省休闲体育的发展，作者提出了培养体闲体育意识、规范自发的休闲体育组织等应对策略．

Development Trend of Leisure Sports in Henan Province

Leisure sport, derived from the combination of sports and leisure, is the inevitable result under the modern social condition. It has manifested the notion of ＂human-oriented＂ advocated by CPC （ Communist Party of China）, transformed the sports social function from body-building to values-cultivating. With the enforcement of ＂Outline of the Nationwide Body-building Plan＂ and the rapid economic development of Henan Province, the leisure sports become a key form of social sports, whose developing trend can be summarized as follows： nationwide bodybuilding provides the leisure sports with more space; social pluralization promotes the hierarchization of leisure sports ; the pursue of fashion and the individuality will find its popularity among Chinese youth community ; the selfidentity of national sports culture will be strengthened, enabling the traditional sports with Henan provincial characteristics such as the martial arts, the Taijiquan and so on to obtain a quicker popularization. In order to promote the development of leisure sports in Henan Province, puts forward the idea to cultivate the leisure sports consciousness, to establish the standardized leisure sports organization and so on.
