电子束熔炼工艺对Nb-W合金成分及力学性能的影响

摘    要:研究了电子柬熔炼工艺对Nb—W合金化学成分及力学性能的影响.结果表明:电子束熔炼次数越多,Nb—W合金的Zr含量越低,而电子束熔炼次数对W,Mo合金元素含量影响不大;经过多次电子束熔炼后的铸锭中C含量明显低于Nb—Ww—Mo烧结条和一次电子束熔炼锭中的C含量,而两次和三次电子束熔炼锭的C含量区别不大;由于ZrC对Nb—W合金的弥散强化,两次电子柬熔炼制备的棒材强度明显高于三次熔炼制备的棒材.

Abstract:The effect of electron-beam melting process on composition and mechanical property of Nb-W Alloy is analyzed.The results show that the more times electron-beam melting is,the less Zr content there is in the Nb-W alloy,and the times of electron-beam melting has less effect on the W,Mo content.The C content in several times electron-beam melting ingot is apparently less than that in sintered bars and one time electron-beam melting ingot,and there is not much difference of C content between two and three times electron-beam melting ingots.Meanwhile,the mechanical strength of two times electron-beam melting rod is superior to three times electron-beam melting rod,due to the dispersion strengthening of ZrC.
