摘    要:通过对甲醇合成机理的分析,以甲醇合成回路经济效益最大,单位甲醇能耗最低为控制目标,引入链系统控制方法,找到影响甲醇单耗和产量的主要因素,建立了由产量和能耗两条主要因果链组成的互相关联的甲醇合成过程链系统模型.设计了甲醇合成过程的链预估算法和链控制系统,仿真结果显示基于链系统模型和链预估算法的甲醇合成过程链控制系统具有良好的稳定性和抗干扰能力.

Abstract:The mechanism of methanol synthesis was analyzed,the most economic benefit of synthesis circuit and the minimum energy consumption of unit methanol were taken as the control target,the kind of control scheme based on the chain system was brought forward. The major factors were found that affected the energy consume and output,and the chain system model for a methanol synthesis process was founded that was made up of two related chains. The chain system prediction arithmetic and the chain control system were designed for the methanol synthesis process. The simulation demonstrates that the chain system model and the prediction arithmetic based methanol synthesis process chain control system has strongly stability and anti-interference ability.
