异丙酚联合芬太尼在无痛肠镜中的应用评价

目的评价异丙酚联合芬太尼在无痛肠镜检查中的安全性、有效性及可行性。方法选取我院应用无痛肠镜检查患者32例与同期行普通肠镜检查者40例对照，比较患者检查前、中、后有关指标的变化。结果两组患者生命体征基本正常，但观察组对肠镜耐受性好，反应小、副作用少，满意度明显高于普通肠镜检查组。结论异丙酚联合芬太尼在肠镜检查中具有很高的可行性、安全性，值得临床上推广。

Evaluation of propofol combined with fentanyl in analgesia enteroscope

Objective: To evaluate the safety,efficacy and feasibility of propofol combined with fentanyl in analgesia enteroscope.Methods: 32 patiens in treatment group were received the analgesia enteroscope,40 cases in control group were received common enteroscope.The relevant index before,during and after the examination of the above two groups were recorded and compared.Results: The vital signs of the two groups were normal,but compared with control group,patients in treatment group had less adverse reac-tion,better tolerance,minor response and higher satisfaction rate.Conclusion: The application of propofol combined with Fentanyl in enteroscope is a safe,effective,reliable method.
