动力合成装置的等效模型及等效转动惯量研究

摘    要:差速行星齿轮机构用于合成运动,可以作为动力合成装置。随着石油资源的日益枯竭,混合动力汽车近年来成为汽车新宠,差速齿轮机构可以作为其中的动力合成部分。尽管动力合成装置的具体结构千差万别,但在整个传动系统中,结构参数及运动规律存在着一定的规律。本文用等效方法将其简化,得到动力合成装置的简化模型,并利用差动轮系的内在参数关系,推演出模型在三种工作模式下的等效转动惯量,为动力合成装置的动力学分析提供了参数基础。

Abstract:Planetary gear differential which can be used for the synthesis of movement can be synthesized as a power plant. With the increasing depletion of oil resources, hybrid electric vehicles, in which differential gear mechanism can be used as part of the dynamic synthesis, become a new favorite in recent years. Although the specific structure of power synthesis devices are different, the certain laws of structural parameters and the movement are followed in the entire transmission system. Equivalent inertia under three modes is deduced in this paper by establishing equivalent mechanical model which is the basis of power matching, providing parameter base for the synthesis of the dynamics.
