摘    要:在注蒸汽过程中,应用新型化学体系MCA可控制流度、降低稠油粘度及增加蒸汽粘度,可以提高稠油的采收率。其中,化学体系中MCA物质由气态或液态变成固态结晶体,析出在蒸汽或温度前缘,从而提高原油采收率。析出的化学药品形成暂时的物质带,在这个物质带里,蒸汽和热水的渗透率减小。结晶化的化学药品由于蒸汽或热水前缘的扩展而重新升华或溶解。化学体系中室内实验结果表明,化学体系中MCA能提高热水的驱替效率以及蒸汽和热水的波及效率。

Abstract:During the process of steam injection, application of novel chemical system MCA can control mobility, reduce the heavy oil viscosity, improve the steam viscosity and heavy oil recovery. The substances in the chemical system MCA precipitated at the steam or temperature front by conversion from the vaporized or liquid state into the solid crystalline form. The precipitated chemicals formed a temporary substance zone in which the permeability for steam and hot water was reduced. The crystallized chemicals were resublimed or dissolved by the spreading of steam or hot water front. The result of laboratory experiments showed that the chemicals MCA improved the displacement efficiency of hot water and the sweep efficiency of steam and hot water.
