| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种应用于医用血液净化设备安全监控环节的传感器设计方法与工作原理,此传感器能够对滤器破膜导致的血液渗漏进行实时监测。结合PHILPS新型嵌入式芯片LPC904,设计出了一款具有模糊识别、灵敏度任意调节和串行接口的智能传感器;给出了器件污损自适应处理方法和器件失效报警措施。

| Abstract: | The design method and working principle of the intelligence blood leak-inspecting sensor is introduced, which is applied in the safety inspecting in the medicine blood purity equipment. Combined with the PHILPS embed chip- LPC904, the intelligence sensor having the characteristics of fuzzy identify, sensitive degree adjusting randomly and serial interface is designed. This paper gives the defile self-adapting disposing method and the invalidation alarming measure of the sensor also. |
