谈谈汉字作为汉民族第二语言的独特符号价值

“文字是记录语言的书写符号”的文字观,是植根于拼音文字对语言的依附性得出的结论,反映的仅仅是拼音文字的事实。它不能涵盖世界上两大文字类型中的另一类文字——表意文字。图像性是文字体制自立的本质,汉字通过与语言中的意义相联系,用意象直接反映人们的意识观念,从而成为一种超时空的不完全依附于口语的自立的体制。
