| Abstract: | Since knowledge has been considered as a core resource of economic organization,the explicitness of tacit knowledge is becoming a hot issue.Based on analyzing the content and characteristics of tacit knowledge,this paper reviews the restrictions of explicitness of tacit knowledge in order to search approach selection issues for the efficient explicitness. |
