从含CuCN的CuI废渣中回收碘

摘    要:在生产液晶的一种废渣中含有大量的CuI和微量的CuCN。随着碘的市场价格上涨,从废渣中回收碘变得越来越有意义。为了从废渣中回收碘,选择合适的方法——氧化法提取单质碘,不使其中CN-形成气态形式而逸出。氧化剂采用FeCl3。对CN-的含量进行测定。对于提出的粗碘采用水蒸气蒸馏法进行提纯分析,确定一套安全有效的工艺流程:在室温下,用FeCl3饱和溶液与废渣一起搅拌反应0.5h以上。回收率达85%左右。

Abstract:There is a great deal of CuI and micro CuCN in the waste of liquid crystal industry. With the raising of market price of iodine, to recovery iodine from the waste becomes more and more meaningful. The iodine was recovered from the waste of liquid crystal industry by oxidization with no cyanide escaping. FeCl 3 was chosen as oxidant and cyanide in the waste were determined. The crude iodine was refined by distillation. At environment temperature, the waste reacts with saturated solution of FeCl 3 for 0.5h, and the recovery rate can reach 85%.
