| 摘 要： | 在试验设计数据分析中,为解决协变量的影响问题,建立了单向分类协方差分析模型,在给出可估函数的参数估计及假设检验方法的基础上,以AIDS治疗方案效果的评价为例,说明了利用单向分类协方差分析模型可以在剔除患者初始病情的影响下,获得对治疗方案优劣的评估。该分析方法能够帮助医生们做出合理的判断。研究表明：协方差分析模型是对需要进行统计控制的试验数据进行分析的有效方法。

| Abstract: | The attempt to eliminate the influence of covariates in the experimental design data analysis results in the development of one-way analysis of covariance model.In addition to explaining the method of parametric estimation and hypothesis testing to estimable functions,and taking the evaluation of AIDS treatments for example,this paper describes the assessment of treatments effect obtained by using one-way analysis of covariance model capable of overcoming the influence of patient s initial condition.The method can help doctors to make reasonable judgments. The research shows that the analysis of covariance is an effective manner to analyse the experimental data subjected to statistical control. |
