基本医疗保险适度水平相关研究综述和启示

关于基本医疗保险水平的研究,牵涉到许多方面的内容,包括基本医疗保险水平的界定、医疗保险体系的形式、医疗保险的经济学内涵和医疗保险中的道德风险等。至今国内研究更多的是偏重于政策宣传和定性描述,对其深入的理论研究和定量分析很少。本文通过对国内外基本医疗保险水平的相关研究进行综述,以获得相应的启示,为进一步的深化研究做铺垫。

On Summarizing the Research Related to Moderate Level of Social Medical Insurance and Insights

The research on moderate level of social medical insurance has much to do with the definition of the social medical insurance,the forms of medical insurance system,the meaning of medical insurance in economics and moral hazard in medical insurance etc. Until now,there are more policy announcements and qualitative analyses than theoretical and quantitative analyses. There is even few in-depth theoretical and quantitative research on it in China. The paper sums up the whole research related to moderate level of social medical insurance in order to get some insights for further study.
