| 摘 要： | 腰椎间盘突出症的手术日渐增多，其中较多严重的并发症是椎间盘炎，笔者阅读大量文献，就其发病率、病因、临床症状与体征、预防与治疗等方面做了详细阐述，认为，腰椎间盘突出症术后椎间盘炎的预防极为重要．

| Abstract: | Operations on lumbar intervertebral disc show a tendency to increase.And,postoperative discitis ranks the first place among the complications.The author of this paper had consulted a number of documents and presented a detailed illustration on its etiopathogenisis,clinical symptoms,physical signs,prevention and cure.He underlined that prevention of postoperative discitis is of great significance. |
