| 摘 要： | 文章通过对美国金融危机爆发的一些相关事件的回顾，进而引出本文探讨的问题，美国金融危机爆发的潜在原因。接着文章引用费沙的利息理论，以及双层合约理论分析了金融危机爆发的原因。笔者认为，金融危机的爆发主要有以下一些原因：债券资本化、利率波动和杠杆作用等。
