| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定盐酸克林霉素阴道泡腾片含量的方法。方法使用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），检测波长214nm，0．030mol／L磷酸二氢铵溶液（以磷酸调节pH=3．0）-乙腈-甲醇（60：10：30）为流动相。流速：1．0ml／min。结果在62．4μg-374．4μg／mL范围内有良好的线性，平均回收率为91．50％，R．SD为1．16％（n=6）。结论该法操作简便，结果准确，灵敏度高，重现性好，可用于盐酸克林霉素阴道泡腾片的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the method for the determination of Clindamycin Hydrochlorid Vaginal Effervescent Tablets. Methods HPLC was used with Diamonsil C18 column （250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm）, detection wavelength at 214nm, 0.030mol/L ammonium dihydragen phos- phate （adjusted the solution with Orthophosphoric acid to pH=3.0）- acetonitrile- Methanol （60：10：30） has adopted as mobile phase, flow rate： 1.0ml/min. Results Osthole has good linear relationship between62.4 μg -374.4μg, the average recovery was 91.50% and RSD was 1.16% （n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and reliable to carry out to control the quality of Pronoprofen Eye Drops. |
