企业动态能力的自组织演化机制研究

企业动态能力系统具有典型的自组织特征,是与环境相适应的自组织系统,惯例和组织过程是其基本分析要素。企业动态能力现状、各能力子系统结构和彼此之间的非线性作用机制以及外部环境的随机涨落因素,从总体上确定了企业动态能力跃迁的方向、速度和水平;企业动态能力的自组织演化机理表现为动态能力系统的不确定性和分岔现象、动态能力的势函数以及涨落现象。其中,分岔现象和势函数分别描述了动态能力的演化状态、演化的方向和路径,涨落现象则描述了动态能力演化过程中随机涨落力的作用。

Self-organization Evolution Mechanism of Enterprise Dynamic Capability

The enterprise dynamic capability is a self-organization system which adapts to the environment and has the emblematical self-organization characteristic. Its basic analytical elements are routine and organizational process. The enterprise dynamic capability’s current situation, the structure and nonlinear mechanism of sub capabilities and the random fluctuation elements of external environment totally determine the direction, velocity and levels of the transition of the dynamic capability; the dynamic capability’s self-organization evolution mechanism represent as dynamic capability system’s bifurcation, potential function and random fluctuation phenomenon. The bifurcation and potential function separately describe dynamic capability’s evolution situation, evolution direction and route; the random fluctuation phenomenon describes the role of the random fluctuation force in the dynamic capability＇s evolution process.
