| 摘 要： | 农业综合开发是振兴我国农业和农村经济发展两大战略任务的有效途径。市场经济条件下农业综合开发的基本思路：（１）确保粮食生产；（２）面向国内外市场，发挥各地资源优势，发展“两高一优”农业；（３）坚持贸工农一体化、种养加一条龙的发展方向；（４）实行政策倾斜，加大资金、科技、物资、人才投入，注重生态农业建设。
