杯形件压延承载能力和极限压延系数确定

摘    要:对平底杯形件压延成形的承载能力和极限压延系数的计算进行了分析讨论,对比了承载能力的四种不同算法,给出了各因素的影响程度.承载能力和极限压延系数的两个经验公式,简单准确,可推广运用于生产实际及工艺、模具的设计中。

Abstract:An investigation was made to the critical fracture load and limit drawing ratio of the deep-drawing of cylindrical cups with flat-nosed punch. Four different solutions of the critical fracture load were compared. The influence of various parameters on the critical fracture load is given. Two empirical formulas proposed for calculating critical fracture load and limit drawing ratio are simple and applicable. It can be widely used in practical production and in the design of technological process and dies.
