偶氮染料脱色优势菌的特性及基因定位初步研究

摘    要:对分离到的两株偶氮染料脱色优势菌的特性和控制脱色的基因定位进行了研究,结果表明,两株脱色优势菌均为兼性厌氧菌,生长受pH值影响较大,适应温度范围较广;它们均能有效脱除偶氮染料的色度;它们都含有质粒,其携有控制偶氮还原酶产生的基因;通过质粒转化得到的转化子较之其野生菌有更好的脱色效果.

Abstract:The decoloring characterization and gene location of two superior strains, isolated from soil, was studied. The strains were anaerobic bacteria, their growth effected by pH values, and theirs temperature range were broad; the strains could decolored azo dye effectively. Two superior strains both have plasmids which contain the gene resulting in produce of decoloring enzyme of azo dye; by plasmid transforming, their transformants had better decoloring effects than superior strains.
