摘    要:提出了一种四坐标联动等残留高度端铣加工任意曲面叶片的方法.针对刀轴摆动的四坐标机床,首先建立了后跟角和摆转角之间的函数关系,以满足加工过程中刀轴矢量始终平行于摆刀平面的要求,然后采用平底刀的等残留高度方法进行刀位轨迹规划,并通过调整后跟角使加工带宽最大化,该方法在提高四坐标联动加工效率的同时,也使得将五坐标联动加工刀位轨迹的规划方法移植到四坐标中成为可能。

Abstract:An effective machining method was proposed for machining arbitrary surface blades using 4-axis numerical control (NC) machines. For spindle-tilting type 4-axis NC machines, the functional relation between the inclination angle and tilt angle was established to ensure that the tool axis is parallel to the swing plane during the entire machining process. A flat-end cutter was used, its paths were generated based on the constant scallop height principle and machining strips were enlarged by adjusting inclination angle. The method improved the cutting efficiency of 4-axis machining and enabled to transfer the tool path planning methods of 5-axis machining to 4-axis machining.
