| 摘 要： | 用奥扎格雷钠静脉滴注治疗急性脑梗死40例,并做对照研究,疗程均为半个月,结果治疗组在神经功能缺损程度评分的减少和总体有效率方面均明显优于对照组,与溶栓治疗效果相似,且无明显副作用.表明奥扎格雷钠在急性脑梗死的治疗中具有安全、方便、疗效肯定的优点,值得临床推广.

| Abstract: | With 40 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated with sodium ozagrel for injection and do the comparison for halfofa month. The result displays that the decrease on the grade of the nerve function damaging degree and the collectivity efficiency in treat group is obviously superior to the that of comparison group. The treat effect is similar to the thrombolytic therapy and almost have no side effect. Cerebral infarction treated with the sodium ozagrel for injection has the safety, convenience, affirmative advantage in curative effect, deserve the clinical expansion. |
