基于正交试验法的神经网络优化设计

摘    要:运用正交试验法,以三层前向型神经网络为例,对神经网络的训练样本、权值和阀值、训练参数的选择进行分析和研究。在此基础上,提出一种基于正交试验法的神经网络优化设计方法。研究结果表明,正交试验法对于神经网络模型的确定具有很好的效果,是一种既直观易行又客观科学的方法。

Abstract:In this paper, using orthogonal experiment method, taking three layers feed forward neural network as a example, problem of choosing training samples, weights and bias, training parameter of neural network is analyzed and studied. And on the basis of it, a neural network optimal design method based on orthogonal experiment method is carried out. The research result proved that using orthogonal experiment method in the conform of neural network model, an effective result can be obtained, and it is an intuitionistic, easy, objective and scientific method.
