| 摘 要： | 该文考虑了易过期物品到达其固定的寿命期限后,并非被抛弃或降价处理掉,而是被重新加工成另外一种易过期物品以满足顾客的需求;并假定这两种物品的需求率均分别依赖于当前库存水平,建立了易过期物品重新加工成另类易过期物品的两层次联合生产-库存模型,讨论了模型解的唯一存在性,提供了寻求最优策略的简单算法,最后给出了数字实例。

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the problem that perishable items are not discarded or sold at reduced prices after reaching their expiration age,but are reprocessed to satisfy another kind of demand.Here presented is a two-level integrated production inventory model for the perishable item which is reprocessed into another kind of perishable item under the assumption that these two kinds of items have the inventory-level-dependent demand rate.The existence of a unique optimal solution for the model is proved.A simple solution procedure for finding the optimal policies is provided.A numerical example is also given. |
