| 摘 要： | 作者提出了一种估计串联系统可靠性的新的方法.该方法综合运用了系统水平和元件水平的部分数据.众所周知,一个串联系统的可靠度等于所有元件可靠度的乘积.为了精确估计所有元件的可靠度,我们必须充分利用所有测试数据信息.但是,由于在系统水平的数据中存在一些隐藏数据,我们必须通过一种EM算法来计算以系统水平测试数据为条件的元件的失效概率.另外,作者还提出了一个研究案例.

| Abstract: | Author presents a newway for reliability estimation of series system based on both parts ofsystem-level data and parts of component-level data.Itis well known thatfor series system,its reliabil-ity equals to product of all components reliability.In order to estimate all components reliability accu-rately,we must make full use of all testing data information.But as the presence of some masked datain system-level data,we have to calculate the failure probability of components conditioned on system-level testing data by a developed EMalgorithm.Furthermore,a numerical case study is presented. |
